Ahhhh…. (english text below)
Diese wunderbaren, dicken Stoffe habe ich von Star gekauft. Konnte einfach nicht widerstehen. Auf dem Foto sieht man leider nicht, wie fantastisch die Stoffe sind. Ich möchte etwas ganz Spezielles damit anstellen - habe aber noch keine Idee … Aber zumindest ein kleine Stückerl habe ich schonmal an meinem neuen, hellblauen Leder ausprobiert.

I ordered this cotton chenille upholstery fabrics from Star. Was unable to resist. It does not show on the photo, but the fabric is gorgeous! I’d like to do something special with it but - no idea yet. So, I tried a little piece of it on my new, wonderful blue suede.

Geheimnisvolle Zeichen / Mysterious Signs

Ich weiß nicht, woher ich diese Faszination für geheimnisvolle und mysteriöse Zeichen habe. Aber überrascht es jemanden wenn ich erzähle, dass ich vorwiegend SF und Fantasy lese?

I don’t know why I have this fascination for strange and mysterious signs. Does it surprise you when I tell that I love reading SF and fantasy?

YEAH! One of us made it and became “Featured Seller” on the Etsy frontpage. Congrats Tortillagirl! :)

She is a member of our European Street Team and I can only recommend that you go and read that interview. That girl had an interesting life so far, and I’m sure that was just the start! :)

Was für ein Unterschied / What a difference

Ich habe ja auch schon mit Fimo experimentiert und war mit den Ergebnissen eigentlich recht zufrieden. Bis jetzt! Ich hab ein Set dieser fantastischen Knöpfe gekauft. Die sind auch aus Fimo. Ja. Und die sind einfach perfekt! Da gibt’s keine Unebenheiten, keine Fingerabdrücke, gar nix. Ich bin sprachlos! :)
Mehr davon gibt’s hier - kann ich nur empfehlen!

I tried Fimo some time ago. And actually, I was rather pleased with my results. Until now! I bought a set of this fantastic buttons. They are made from Fimo. Yes. And they are perfect! There are no bumps, or fingerprint, or anything. I’m spechless! :)
I can only recommend this shop!

Olive oder Moos? / Olive or Moss?

Ist es olivgrün? Oder Moosgrün? Auf jeden Fall habe ich momentan eine Menge Leder von dieser Farbe. Nächste Woche erwarte ich noch eine Lieferung in anderen Farben. Es ist immer wieder eine Überraschung, was ich letztendlich bekommen :)

Is it olive green or moss green? Anyway, I do have a lot of leather in this color at the moment. And I’m awaiting another delivery with other colors next week. Each time it’s a big surprise, to see what I got :)
